Nats restless, so FM should watch her back

The Press and Journal (Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire) - - AGENDA -

SIR, – First Minister Nicola Sturgeon is under great pressure to seek a Plan B route to independence in the full knowledge that Prime Minister Boris Johnson will reject any requests for another Scottish referendum.

Failure to have a “plan B” for a Scottish currency in the referendum in 2014 was a major stumbling block that added to the defeat by the electorate and it now looks like history is repeating itself.

The SNP supporters are getting restless with her lack of progress towards independence and loud whispers will be heard at the SNP conference this week in Aberdeen hinting at a change of leadership.
