Tough cup away game beckons for Dee

Both Banks o’ Dee and Hermes face tough Scottish Junior Cup third round away days this weekend.

The Spain Park side travel to Ayrshire to meet Glenafton while Hermes are in Tayside to play Lochee United, who were narrowly beaten by BSC Glasgow in the senior competitio­n on Sunday.

East End are the third local side involved in the national event with a replay at Scone Thistle following last week’s 1-1 New Advocates Park share of the spoils. All three matches kick off at 2.30pm.
