Barratt Homes has released a series of new house types at its Ness Castle development in Inverness, offering prospective buyers a chance to be among the first in Scotland to experience the five-star housebuilder’s latest range.

The new three and four-bedroom designs – the Craigend, Cullen, Ravenscraig, Abergeldie and Rothes – each have improved layouts developed from customer feedback, as well as an excellent choice of finishing touches.

The Cullen in particular has impressed buyers with its bright and spacious living room and equally well-proportioned kitchendiner, which comes complete with a handy utility room and downstairs WC.

Upstairs, this theme continues with four double bedrooms (including one en suite), a computer room/ study, a family bathroom and additional storage.

Mike Cowie, sales and marketing director at Barratt North Scotland, said: “With its picture perfect setting, convenient location and spacious properties, Ness Castle’s popularity has continued to thrive as the development matures.

“These latest homes add something new to the mix, which is great news for families and upsizers in particular.

“Availability is, of course, limited, however, so buyers need to move fast if they have their eye on the perfect home.”

Ness Castle is one of Barratt Homes’ numerous NHBC Pride in the Job award-winning sites. Site manager Jeff Calder, who oversees the construction and management of the development, recently collected his prize at the annual awards, reaffirming the housebuilder’s dedication to developing quality homes.

Prices for properties at Barratt Homes’ Ness Castle development start from £234,995.
