Proceeds confiscated
A pair of online drug dealers have been made to pay back more than half a million pounds of their profits from selling so-called legal highs.
Financial investigators pursued the two men, Stuart Percival and James Powell, for the money raised from the sale of psychoactive substances.
After a four-year pursuit, the men admitted that the sixfigure sum in their bank account was acquired by unlawful means.
The probe into 33-year-old Percival and 31-year-old Powell was run by the Civil Recovery Unit, a specialist team of financial investigators instructed by the Scottish Government.
