Century truly one to aim for

The cricket season may have been put on hold but there are still plenty of people celebrating racking up centuries.

Inspired by the age of the nation’s favourite fundraising veteran, 100 has become the magic number for those wanting to do their bit for good causes.

Particularly impressive have been the imaginative efforts of the pupils from Cornhill School who, like Captain Tom, have exceeded all expectations. Every step, skip, hop and pedal has helped make life a little easier for workers on the frontline of the fight against the virus.
