COVID-19 TESTING
ROC can help clients foster a Covid-free workplace, through our flexible range of testing.
This testing can be carried out via our drivethru service at our clinic, or arrangements can be made to provide results at a client’s workplace.
The newly developed Antigen Rapid Detection Test (AgRDT) can identify negative results with a processing time of 15-20 minutes, which is a great way of testing employees as they arrive on site.
Ideal for screening asymptomatic individuals, we expect this type of testing to become the standard workplace test as it operates without the use of a machine or requirement to send samples to the laboratory. This avoids experiencing difficulties involved with current testing capacity at laboratories, and so ROC have been able to secure supplies of the AgRDT kits to provide this testing alternative to our clients.
ANNUAL HEALTH CHECKS
Another method of maintaining a healthy workforce is by providing an annual wellbeing screening package to employees. Employers require their employees to be fit and in their place of work, whether that be homeworking or on site, for the business to continue to operate.
This yearly MOT, which ROC can tailor to individual employees and employer requirements, ensures the individuals are fit and healthy to carry out their role, as well as promoting changes in their lifestyles if required.
The system identifies any health concerns to ensure necessary steps are taken to treat conditions and prevent further damage.
As a result, businesses can benefit from improved productivity through reduced sick leave and improved employee mental and physical wellbeing.
