The Avon four bedroom detached villa with carport and garage is on offer from £380,000. A further release of three-bedroom Cairngorm villas will come on stream in 2016.
“This is our only current bespoke development of executive houses”, said Lynne Boyd, sales director of Tulloch Homes.
“We assessed an array of options for our new exclusive collection of three, four and five-bedroom detached properties. The special location at North Kessock, with its excellent transport links and spectacular setting, was our choice for these spacious homes.
“All villas at The Bay benefit from our executive specification, sumptuous open spaces and luxurious finishes. The rapid selling of a third of the first phase shows the market is extremely impressed, which is highly encouraging.
“The Highland upper range new house market remains very resilient, as The Bay is underlining.”
