Interior inspiration with Bancon
Bancon Homes’ newest show home will open its doors to visitors this weekend at its Monument View development in Inverurie.
The Thistle-style show home will provide housebuyers with an insight into the spacious family homes that are currently being developed at Monument View.
The semi- detached three-bedroom show home features some of the latest innovations in smart technology that will be included as standard in each of the homes at Monument View.
These features include HIVE heating control systems that allow buyers to access and control their heating systems on their phones from any location.
The homes at Monument View also feature high-speed broadband, USB sockets, energy saving light bulbs and white goods that use 25% less energy consumption and water, all ready to use as soon as buyers move in.
Dressed by interior designer Siân Woodfine from Marren Interiors in a colour palette of grey and mint green, the show home will inspire potential owners on how they could dress their new home using contemporary furnishings.
The distinctive threebedroom home boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining room with French doors leading out to the garden.
With a separate living room and downstairs cloakroom to complete the ground floor, this home comprises a versatile and generous use of space for family life and entertaining.
Finished to high specification throughout, the Thistle-style home features a large family bathroom on the first floor and three well-proportioned bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes.
Jo Skinner, sales and marketing director at Bancon Homes, said: “We are delighted to launch the Thistle show home at Monument View, which showcases the first of our homes to feature HIVE and other smart technologies as standard.
“Families, downsizers and all housebuyers are invited this weekend to experience the immaculately dressed home and find out more about what the development has to offer.”
Located in one of the fastest growing towns in Europe and close to Aberdeen, Monument View is surrounded by beautiful views and open space and has a wealth of amenities on its doorstep.
Jo added: “Inverurie attracts young people and families from across the north-east and the residents who have already settled into Monument View are now enjoying the town’s local restaurants, boutique shops and a variety of outdoor activities.”
A private preview of the show home is being held on Friday for invited professionals, including local estate agents and solicitors.
Prices at Monument View currently start at £249,995.
