Ex-Special Forces operative and mercenary for hire Frank Martin (Jason Statham) has relocated to the sunny east coast of America. He takes up a temporary position as a chauffeur for Mr Billings (Matthew Modine) from the US narcotics agency and his pretty wife Audrey (Amber Valletta), ferrying their sixyear-old son Jack (Hunter Clary) to and from school. When the youngster is kidnapped by psychotic Gianni (Alessandro Gassman) and his goons, Frank uses his military training to rescue Jack and wreak revenge on the bad guys. Transporter 2 is hugely entertaining for those in the mood for brainless fun.
