Bin lorry collision claims denied
A man has denied causing the death of a 14-yearold girl when a bin lorry collided with a school minibus.
Nicholas Buck was granted unconditional bail after making a brief appearance before a judge at Birmingham Crown Court yesterday.
The 52-year-old, from Kingshurst, Birmingham, pleaded not guilty to a single charge of causing death by dangerous driving.
The charge relates to a collision on July 7 last year which resulted in the death of Holly Brown.
The teenager was among a party of 21 students from a school in Barton-under-Needwood, Staffordshire, travelling in a minibus on the A38 Kingsbury Road in Castle Vale, Birmingham, when the crash happened.
