Burke treads Chess boards

Alexandra Burke is preparing for her new stage role in Chess. The show, written by Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus of Abba, is back in the West End for the first time since 1986, and also stars Michael Ball.

The show tells a story of love, political intrigue and, yes, a chess championship set during the Cold War.
