Still time to submit entries

The Gold Awards are open to not just open to energy producers and their supply chain but also greenfriendly firms helping to grow Scotland’s reputation for renewables.

Accolades include the apprentice award – sponsored by Trojan Crates – and a health and safety gong, sponsored by Kelvin TOP-SET.

A new award recognising the contribution of an outstanding woman in energy will also be presented.

Another new category for 2018, the energy transition award, is for businesses taking great strides in green-energy initiatives.

There are also “above and beyond”, product innovation, sector innovation, leadership, and small and large company of the year awards up for grabs.
