Thrumster House opens to public

Historic Thrumster House in east Caithness is throwing open its doors to the public this weekend and next. Visitors will be able to see the woodland gardens of the 18th Century stately home, and next weekend there will be a daffodil tea party.

There will also be locally found artefacts on show including an Iron Age broch.
