Bancon Homes announced today that it plans to launch a new neighbourhood of 100 family homes on the outskirts of Aberdeen.

To be known as Kinion Place, the development in Forrit Brae, Bucksburn, will be the first offering buyers all-inclusive homes – a vision that means all the little touches are built in at no extra or hidden cost.

Award-winning German designed Leicht kitchens will form the heart of the home, with premium Siemens appliances including dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Kitchens are spacious with plenty of space for dining too.

There is plenty of storage designed in, with oak veneered wardrobes included in all bedrooms at no extra cost and oak veneered internal doors throughout.

The homes are designed to be energy efficient, offering a warm and cosy feel with lower energy bills. Buyers will have a wide choice of two, three and four-bedroom homes, both semi-detached and detached houses, all in landscaped surroundings.

The new neighbourhood is located just off the A96, less than six miles from the city centre, with the benefit of local facilities, access to the country, the beach and the city close by.

Jo Skinner, sales and marketing director for Bancon Homes, said: “Kinion Place is an exciting new place to live with easy access to the city and plenty of space to enjoy.

“We are delighted to launch our new all-inclusive homes offering, which means you get so much more for your money and a high specification finish.

“The little extras such as built-in wardrobes, appliances, brushed chrome light switches and Porcelanosa bathrooms all add up but at Kinion Place, these are all included in the price, making moving home more affordable.

“Combined with the mix of house styles and sizes, this makes Kinion Place ideal for families, couples and first-time buyers attracted to its urban location with great transport into the city and proximity to the country and the new AWPR for travelling south.”

The new development will be launched later this summer.
