Bancon Homes announced today that it plans to launch a new neighbourhood of 100 family homes on the outskirts of Aberdeen.

To be known as Kinion Place, the development in Forrit Brae, Bucksburn, will be the first offering buyers all-inclusive homes – a vision that means all the little touches are built in at no extra or hidden cost.

Award-winning German designed Leicht kitchens will form the heart of the home, with premium Siemens appliances including dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Kitchens are spacious with plenty of space for dining too.

The new neighbourhood is located just off the A96, less than six miles from the city centre, with the benefit of local facilities, access to the country, the beach and the city close by.
