Open Smoked Chicken with Red Onion Marmalade Sandwich
ALLOW PER SERVING:
1 slice of bread of your choice. I used ciabatta fried lightly in butter Small handful of rocket
1 small thinly sliced smoked chicken breast
1-2tbsp red onion marmalade Camembert slices to cover the marmalade ● Heat grill to medium.
● Place the bread on a grill heat-proof serving plate. Top with the rocket.
● Place the chicken slices on top and spread over the marmalade.
● Cover with the camembert. ● Place under the grill and allow the camembert to gently melt.
● Serve immediately.
● Take care especially with the first bite as the camembert will be very hot. You can toast, grill or fry the bread or just cut a hunk off from a fresh loaf.
