Vandalism attack on neighbours

A 67-year-old Inverness man complained about noisy neighbours and struck their door with a hammer. Sentence had been deferred last month for a background report on Donald Bain of Birchwood Road after he admitted charges of vandalism and possessing weapon.

Bain was ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid community work. an offensive
