Getting it Wright in Inverness

Jeff Wright (Forres) posted a four-underpar 65 to win the North Scottish Golfers’ Alliance fixture at Inverness Golf Club by three strokes from David Joel.

Wright scored his first win of the current Alliance campaign by heading a field of 66 with a halves of 35-30. He covered the last 12 holes in five under par with birdies at the seventh, 10th, 12th, 14th and 15th. His only bogey came at the fourth.
