SIR, – Further to this now turbo-charged scaremongering rubbish surrounding Brexit, it should be crystal clear to everyone and their dog that the EU cannot survive without UK money.

With the help of our homegrown, bitter and twisted treacherous remoaners, the unelected European Commission over in Brussels will try every trick in the book to reverse the result of the UK 2016 referendum.

The tragedy is that over the past 45 years our soft-headed, gutless, liberal-leaning politicians have been too easily hoodwinked by Brussels, so much so that the UK is now nothing more than a subordinate state and cash cow to the EU, which is under the control of Germany.
