School depute makes step up

Kingussie High School’s depute head teacher has taken on the top job following five years service to pupils.

Ian Adamson, who has just been appointed head teacher was previously hand-picked by the Highland Council in 2013 to serve as depute.

That move followed his work in Thurso High School for 11 years.
