Horsekilledin van accident

A horse has died in Shetland after colliding with a works van near Dunrossness.

The incident was shortly after 8am on the A907, with several police units dispatched after first reports at 8.08am.

The horse died as a result of its injuries, however, the driver of the van was unharmed by the accident.
