Attollo project to create 20 jobs
Aberdeen-based Attollo Offshore will create 20 jobs through a project to enhance the use of technology offshore.
The Innovation Incubator will bring academic and operational minds together to improve Attollo’s use of digital tech in areas such as automation, data analytics and artificial intelligence.
Attollo, a specialist in late field life and decommissioning, said the jobs will be created at its Aberdeen base over up to two years.

technologies and alternative ways of working are creating untold opportunities for minimising cost, while maximising the potential of offshore marine assets.
“During the oil and gas downturn, substantial progress in efficiency and innovation was made across the industry but as oil prices rose last autumn, we saw inefficiencies in other business returning almost immediately, which had knock on consequences for us.
“This has led to the decision to speed up our efforts and drive our already impressive progress faster, through our own incubator.”
As well as innovations, the incubator will focus on the workforce and how it can better engage with digital technology.
