Three cocktails inspired by the V&A Museum in Dundee
Since the V&A Museum opened in Dundee last year, there has been a tremendous amount of people visiting the city.
And those visitors want somewhere good to eat and drink . . .
The Italian Grill in City Square, a bar and grill which mixes Italian food with Scottish style, has created several cocktails inspired by the V&A and here shares three of its most popular recipes with menu readers – Sweet Dreams, Albert Gin Fizz and Victoria French Martini.
Bar manager Corey Buxton said: “We love making cocktails for our guests.
“The Sweet Dreams is my own recipe, an amazing after-dinner drink which we are sure will go down well as we approach the festive season.”
