Curl Aberdeen’s Maggie Wilson and her team bowed out of the Red Deer Classic after a narrow defeat in Alberta yesterday.

Sunday night’s 6-5 win over Edmonton’s Melissa Pierce kept their quarter-final hopes alive, but British Columbia skip Corryn Brown counted two stones at the seventh end and held on to eliminate the Scots 4-3.
