Though it lost out at the Academy Awards a few years ago, this critically acclaimed documentary did land a gong for Best Documentary at the 2018 Baftas. Narrated by Samuel L Jackson, it examines the lives of his close friends and civil rights leaders Malcolm X, Martin Luther King Jr and Medgar Evers.
