Woman taken to hospital after collision
A woman was taken to hospital following a twovehicle crash in Aberdeen yesterday.
Police were called to the junction of Hilton Road and Hilton Drive at around 2.15pm.
Officers at the scene blocked off part of the road following the collision, and one woman was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary by ambulance.
It is not known how badly they were hurt.
Later in the afternoon a red car with a crumpled bonnet could be seen being loaded on to the back of a recovery truck.
Police say their investigation into the collision is ongoing.
A spokeswoman said: “Around 2.15pm, police received a report of a road crash involving two cars on Hilton Road. Emergency services attended and one woman was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
“Inquiries are ongoing, however the road was reopened at 4pm.”
