£400k deal for stor­age tanks

Bal­moral Tanks is to sup­ply fire wa­ter stor­age tanks for power trans­mis­sion projects in Dubai un­der a deal ex­pected to open up a mar­ket po­ten­tially worth £200,000 to £400,000.

The busi­ness, which is part of di­ver­si­fied Aberdeen com­pany Bal­moral Group, will work along­side re­gional part­ner Align Elec­trome­chan­i­cal Works to de­liver its new con­tract for the Dubai Elec­tric­ity and Wa­ter Au­thor­ity.

It is hoped the work will pave the way for other fire wa­ter stor­age projects at power plants and sub­sta­tions in the re­gion.

Bal­moral Tanks serves fire, wa­ter, waste­water, anaer­o­bic di­ges­tion and pro­cess­ing mar­kets.
