Lifesavers need public support
The sight of Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance in the skies of the north and north-east is becoming an increasingly familiar one.
Spotting it often provokes mixed emotions: sadness that someone’s life is in peril but optimism too that rapid help is on its way.
When it comes to the lifesaving missions flown by SCAA’s two helicopters – and the other aircraft reliant on public support across the UK – every second really does count.
And so does every penny.
