Three RAF veterans have completed the North Coast 500 in less than four days and smashing their fundraising target.

The trio were completing the walk to raise money for the Doddie Weir Foundation, in memory of David’s father who battled Motor Neurone Disease for two years.

They had aimed to raise £1,500, however, since finishing, they have smashed their target by raising £2,750. They are now aim to reach £3,000.

Mr Scott said: “The continued backing of our friends and family from the training through to the finish line was just unbelievable.”
