SIR, – While it is fashionable for the Nats to blame Westminster every time one of Nicola Sturgeon’s finely honed plans misfires, it is unfortunate your correspondent, while commenting on rejuvenating plans for carbon capture at Peterhead, titles his letter “capturing the gullible.”
That rather oversteps the mark. He is to be reminded that the “UK Government” did not “secure a victory” in the independence referendum.
