‘9F’ overhaul at Llangollen
MIDHANTS Railway-based ‘9F’ 2-10-0 No. 92212 is being overhauled at the Llangollen Railway.
The Jeremy Hoskingowned loco came to the end of its boiler certificate on December 30 and has been expected to go on display at the One:One Collection museum in Margate.
However, the departure of ‘D49’ 4-4-0 No. 246 Morayshire from Llangollen (RM March) will create a space in the workshop that the ‘9F’ will now take.
