Barclay ‘Pug’ arrives in Fife as…
FORMER British Aluminium Company (BAC) Andrew Barclay 0-4-0ST No. 3 (2046/1937) arrived at its new home at the Fife Heritage Railway on
February 21.
It is the subject of a 10-year loan between the Bo’ness & Kinneil Railway and the Kingdom of Fife Railway Preservation Society, which will cosmetically restore No. 3 at its Kirkland Yard base.
The loco spent its working life at BAC’s Burntisland bauxite reduction works.
