‘ENTERPRISE’ TIMETABLE CUT

THE cross-border ‘Enterprise’ service linking Belfast with Dublin and operated jointly by Irish Rail and Northern Ireland Railways has had its daily train total cut by six services each day, Sundays excepted.

The 06.45, 16.05 and

20.05 departures from Belfast Lanyon Place to

Dublin Connolly (Monday to Saturday) were cancelled from March 23, while the 09.30, 13.20 and 20.50 services in the opposite direction have also been temporaril­y withdrawn.

The Sunday timetable has seen the 11.05 Belfast-Dublin and the 14.00 Dublin-Belfast trains dropped until further notice.
