Subway goes one way only
TRAMWAYS and metro systems are seeing reduced service levels in line with the drop in demand for public transport during the coronavirus crisis.
In Glasgow, the Subway is now running a one-way system only, as opposed to its normal two-track circular route around the city.
From March 28 only clockwise ‘Outer Circle’ trains were in use, with trains running at an eight-minute frequency from 06.30-21.00 on MondaysSaturdays and 10.00-18.00 on Sundays.
