Midsomer departures

A WAGON and a carriage have departed the Somerset & Dorset Railway at Midsomer Norton. RFM (Restaurant First Modular) coach No. 10023, which previously served as the buffet car on the line, moved to Chant Cider Farm at West Pennard, Glastonbury in midAugust, where it will be used to provide refreshments. Iron ore tippler No. B388612 has moved to the Northampton & Lamport Railway, where it will form part of a demonstration freight train.
