Steam Dreams to run more regular excursions

TWO regular Steam Dreams excursions are on the stocks for 2022. On selected Tuesdays from May 24 to August 30, the ‘Royal Windsor Steam Express’ will operate from London Victoria to Windsor and back. Fares begin at £39 per adult, £25 child, but this is for a one-way only journey.

Also, in the evenings on Tuesdays and on the same selected dates, the ‘Sunset Steam Express’ will operate from London Victoria through the Surrey Hills, with options of a three-course meal on board or take along your own picnic. Fares start at £59 per adult, £45 child for the return journey back to Victoria. The locomotive hauling these trains is expected to be B1 No. 1306 Mayflower, subject to availability.

Steam Dreams has also announced three special steam holiday tours for 2022 including a nine-day (eight night) tour of Scotland from May 5-13.
