RETRO LOOK FOR ‘PACER’:

No. 142003 has emerged from the Arlington paint shops at Eastleigh Works carrying Greater Manchester PTE orange livery (pictured on January 8), which it wore when new in 1985. The ‘Pacer’ has been at Eastleigh since April 2021, when it arrived from store at Gascoigne Wood Sidings in North Yorkshire, but is now owned by Locomotive Services Limited and thought to be destined for display at the One:One Collection in Margate.
