Platform upgrades for Drumry

-

WORK began in January to upgrade platforms at Drumry station, west of Glasgow.

In a £2.2m investment, Network Rail will replace the existing platforms with more easily maintained surfaces, and improved drainage will reduce the risk of puddles.

The station will remain open during the work, one platform at a time. From January 23 to April 3, passengers travelling east should leave the train at Drumchapel and catch the next train back to Drumry. Then from April 4 to June 12 passengers west should travel on to Singer before returning back to Drumry.
