Electric cranes arrive

THREE fully-electric crawler cranes have been delivered to HS2 sites in London as part of its commitment to achieve diesel-free construction operations by 2029.

Two of the Liebherr machines will be used to construct the Old Oak Common station box. The third is at the tunnel vent shaft site at Canterbury Road.
