Dedicated mental health charity

A NEW mental health charity called Head-shunt has been established by retired railway manager and author Paul Stanford and his wife Fiona. It will be the only charitable organisation dedicated to the railway family, with a vision to help staff understand how, when and where to get support, to promote a culture of positive well-being, and break the stigma of mental health in the UK rail industry.

Head-shunt will launch during mental health awareness week on May 9-15.
