Testing time for Blackpool Standard

UNDER power testing of Blackpool Standard No. 143 began in February. The tram, which has had its failed traction motor replaced, was returned to passenger service in September 2019 following a gap of over 60 years. It is hoped it will return to the Blackpool Heritage Fleet later this spring after further testing and mileage accumulation.
