Freightliner Class 86 to stay at Crewe Heritage Centre?

FREIGHTLINER Class 86

No. 86622 (E3174) is in longterm loan/storage at Crewe Heritage Centre (CHC).

In Freightliner Powerhaul green and yellow livery, it was stored with many others of the class at Crewe Basford Hall sidings until moved to the centre last year. Although there is no idea what plans Freightliner might have for the electric loco, it is thought CHC may well become its final resting place. It is seen on March 10.
