KESR general manager to retire
SHAUN Dewey is to retire as general manager of the Kent & East Sussex Railway after seven years in the role. Mr Dewey’s departure date remained to be finalised at the time of going to press, with the closing date for applications for his successor being May 31.
Mark Stuchbury is to oversee the transition and then hold the fort until a new person is in post. In addition to being a longstanding KESR volunteer, Mr Stuchbury has held a number of senior posts in the rail industry.
