Kent viaduct gets makeover

MILL Stream viaduct, a wrought iron structure by Ashurst station on the OxtedUckfield line is being given a £3.5m refurbishment this summer. The first phase of strengthening work began in June and runs throughout to summer, with a second phase planned from October to November. There will be no train services on some weekends during the work.
