EL cross-London from November

ELIZABETH Line trains will start run from Reading/Heathrow to Abbey Wood and from Shenfield to Paddington from November 6. The line’s Bond Street station will open ahead of this date, which also marks the first day of regular Sunday services.

The central section train frequency between Paddington and Whitechapel will rise from 12 trains per hour to 22 trains per hour in peak times and 16 off-peak.

The final timetable, which will see 24 trains per hour during the peak between Paddington and Whitechapel, is due to begin by May next year.
