Llan’ on the big screen

THE Llangollen Railway has been shown in cinemas throughout Britain as part of the recently released Brian and Charles film. Shot on locations across north Wales, the film includes an eccentric English inventor who brings a robot to life in rural Wales. The railway features in the closing scenes when a character boards a train, which departs Llangollen station’s platform 2.
