New life planned for Lincoln St Marks site

APPROVAL to turn the former Grade II listed St Marks station building in Lincoln into a leisure and social community hub with roof-top restaurant has been granted. The proposal also includes a stage for live events as well as other flexible space. The units are currently unused retail stores.
