Concern over Six Nations go-ahead

THE RFU have expressed ‘concerns’ over whether the 2021 Women’s Six Nations will be completed. The men’s tournament is due to begin on February 6 but dates for the women’s event are yet to be announced.

Six Nations organisers are “working on plans to try and hold the championship” but RFU head of women’s performance Nicky Ponsford said: “I do have concerns about how well we’re going to be able to get through this period.”
