Given the score, it’s easy to think Garbisi was overwhelmed in the battle of the 10s but he gave as good as he got as the Azzurri tried to play with ambition and pace.

Jalibert had the superior platform and used it well, proving he has grown from excitable young talent to assured international. He was in equal parts dangerous and sensible as the situation dictated.
