Now we need a full 80 minutes says Quins coach Evans

BATH director of rugby Stuart Hooper claimed that there are “massive positives” from the home defeat by Harlequins. Hooper said: “We showed a lot of resilience when we went down to 13 but ultimately our discipline cost us. “When you are on a run of losing games it’s about clinging on to the positives. I’m massively proud of the performance, although we didn’t win, the boys came together.” After completing 80 minutes in his first start of the season, centre Max Clark admitted: “It isn’t going to be a miracle overnight – this will be a process. Unfortunately we left it far too late to release the shackles and start playing but the willingness to get better is there.” Harlequins moved into play-off territory and attack coach Nick Evans said: “We were good for 50 to 60 minutes but not for the last 20. Now we want to try and find an 80-minute performance.” James Lang, an early replacement following Marcus Smith’s injury, added: “The boys are really enjoying their rugby at the moment. We’re looking forward to the challenge against Leicester.”
