LEADERS are still the side to beat as they took maximum points 57-7 away to Wirral.

Reece Ward crossed for a hat-trick, Eddie Crossland went in for two, followed by Ben Waddington, Finn Dewar, Elliot Morgan and Duncan Darling with one each. Joe Rowntree slotted five conversion­s and Crossland one.

Nick Hern was the tryscorer for the visitors, converted by Ben Brooks.

Lymm were 64-17 winners at home to Sandal. Scott Redfern led the charge with a hat-trick with Cormack Nolan running in for two. Steve Pilkington, Ollie Higginson, Aaron Rashid, Nathan Beesley and Dalton Frith on his debut added one each. Jake Adams with two and Luke Adams replied for the away side.
